The fastest way to reach us is the in-app message form. Describe what happened and, if it's about a specific event, include the event title — never post or send your admin link anywhere public.
You can also email hello@lmkplz.com, including for SMS help or to withdraw SMS consent before text updates launch.
We're a small team, so we read everything but can't promise a response time.
I lost access to my event
- Sign in and open Your events — every poll you created with your account is listed there.
- Check your inbox for the admin-link email we sent when you created the poll (from Let Me Know / lmkplz.com).
- Still locked out? Message us with the event title and roughly when you created it.
A guest can't vote
- Make sure they're opening the guest link (not your admin link — never share that one).
- Voting needs a name; answers save to the browser they were made in. To edit an answer, reopen the same link in the same browser.
- If the link shows the event is gone, it may have wrapped up — events delete themselves about a month after they finish.
Billing and subscriptions
Free polling does not require a card. Plus is an optional $2.99 USD/month organizer subscription for themes. Check pricing for availability and what’s included.
Sign in with the account that purchased Plus to update your card, view invoices or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting an event does not cancel your subscription.
For a first-payment refund request within 7 days, an unexpected charge or missing access, email hello@lmkplz.com with your organizer email, payment date and receipt/invoice number if available. Never send a full card number, security code, password or private admin link. We’ll check the charge against your account.
Stop emails
Click unsubscribe in any automated email. It's a global opt-out for that address — reminders, results, and invites stop across all events. Admin-link emails you explicitly request still arrive.
Delete an event or my data
- Organizers can delete a poll anytime from its admin page (Delete poll) — answers go with it and pending emails stop.
- Events also delete themselves automatically about 30 days after they wrap up. Billing and consent records are kept separately; deleting a poll does not cancel Plus.
