SMS is not included in Plus and cannot be purchased or sent yet. When it launches, active Plus subscribers can enable SMS for blocks of 5 events. Actual SMS usage will be billed at calendar month-end at cost plus a 50% markup. No prepaid message credits.
Guests choose whether to receive texts. Buying a plan never supplies someone else’s consent.
Plus renews monthly until canceled. Manage billing to update your card, view invoices or cancel. Access lasts through the paid period; an unpaid renewal does not extend it. Existing published themes stay on your polls. Applying a new theme or changing one requires active Plus access.

Deleting an event does not cancel Plus. Event cleanup removes poll data on the usual schedule; account, billing and consent records have separate retention rules. See our Privacy Policy.
